The tours

Our company takes care of organising the tours for you. The tickets for our visits to monuments and châteaux are included in our package prices (unless this is not specified). Departure from and return to your hotel or an agreed place in Paris. The programme may be slightly changed at any moment, or even completely cancelled if your conditions of comfort and security are at risk.

Cancellation

If the tour is cancelled within the 48 hours before the date of the service, it cannot be fully reimbursed. A penalty of 20% of the total cost of the service is demanded. Cancellation within less than 24 hours of the beginning of the service is penalised at 40% of the total cost of the tour. There will be no reimbursement in the case of a cancellation on the same day of the service.

Private transfer service

Reservations are necessary in order to use our services. To be handled efficiently, reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Our rates are fixed and net, all taxes included. There are no expenses for baggage, transportation, or airport assistance. We will send your confirmation within 24 hours, as well as the necessary instructions required for your arrival at the airport, useful information concerning your transportation (meeting time and place, free telephone number), etc. In order to be valid, your reservations should be accompanied by details of your banker’s card. No amount will be debited from you, and your card will be used only for the purpose of confirming your reservation and in this way avoid any abuse. The actual payment will be made in Euro directly to the driver (possibly in US dollars), or by credit card in exchange for a receipt at the end of the trip.

Airport transfers

A driver, carrying a sign with your name, will wait for you at the exit of the luggage area in your landing terminal. If you have any difficulty in finding the driver, a free telephone number will be given to you for assistance, if required. This service is available every day of the week.

Accommodation

We propose hotels selected exclusively by us for their charm, standard of service, geographic location, etc. Ones your reservation has been submitted, we will send you a confirmation within 24 hours. Please print it and keep a copy of it on you, as this could be very useful.
